אמ.. כתוב שבשביל להיות חבר באמא"י צריך עבר בהתנדבות בכנסים.. או משהו בסגנון..
אני מאוד רוצה להתנדב אבל איפה אני מתנדבת ומתי? ולמי אני פונה במקרה שיש כנס ואני רוצה להתנדב?
ואם התנדבתי כמה פעמים אז אני יכולה להיות חברה באמא"י? ואם אני חברה באמא"י יפנו אלי להתנדבות?
מה קורה אם באיזשהו כנס אני לא אוכל להתנדב כי היו בעיות באותו התאריך אז מפסיקים לי את החבר באמא"י?
וחברי אמא"י מקבלים עידכונים שוטפים לגבי פעילויות וכנסים למייל או שצריך להיכנס לאתר כדי להתעדכן?

הייתי מאוד רוצה להיות חברה באמא"י רק שאף פעם לא התנדבתי בכנס ואני אשמח לעזור בכל דבר! :mrgreen:

יום שני 27.9.10 בשעה 12:00 יפתח דוכן הרשמה לאמא"י באייקון.
שעת הסגירה נכון לרגע זה היא 16:00 אם אפשרות הארכה עד 20:00.

חידוד קל לגבי החברות במועדון פעילים,

במידה והתנדבת פעמיים בתפקידי התנדבות רגילה או פעם אחת בתפקיד סגל
את מקבלת את הזכות להגיש בקשה למעמד פעיל, מעמד פעיל תקף לשנה.
בכדי לקבל מעמד פעיל לשנה שאחריה יש צורך למלא את הקריטריונים להתנדבות
פעם נוספת. בכל מקרה לועד ניתנת הזכות לשלול מעמד פעיל בכל עת כמו גם
לתת לבן אדם מעמד פעיל גם אם לא עמד בקריטריונים שצויינו במפורש כמו למשל
הפקות של מחזות הזמר, סגל אמא"י כגון מנהלי מועדון, אתר, פורמים וכו'...

תודה רבה על המידע! אמ.. אז עכשיו אני צריכה לחכות לכנס שאני אוכל להתנדב בו ואז אני יהיה פעילת אמא"י ^^
אני באמת חושבת שאתם עושים עבודה ניפלאה! זה ממש נחמד לדעת שבישראל משמרים את התרבות היפנית!
האמת היא שאני רוצה להיות במועדון אמא"י אבל אני יותר רוצה להיות פעילה כדי שאני אוכל לעזור בדברים.
אהה ואני יכולה גם לעזור בתחום הציור ^^ אני מציירת צ'יבים ממש ממש חמודים!

אין צורך לחכות לכנס, בכל פעם שמתפרסם ארוע בדף של אמא"י את מוזמנת
ליצור קשר (למשל דרך "צור קשר") או למייל של אמא"י doar.amai@gmail.com
ולשאול אם צריך עזרה בהתנדבות. בכנס אייקון הקרוב של האגודה למד"ב ופנטזיה
למשל (מחר) יש צורך במספר מצומצם של מתנדבים לתפעל את דוכן הרישום לאמא"י.

בנוגע לעיניין הציור, בכל כנס גדול קם צוות עיצוב ותפאורה שעובד ימים כלילות
במטרה לשדרג את אופי הכנס והעלות את הרגשת ההוואי של המבקר, את יותר
ממוזמנת להגיש מועמדות לצוות עיצוב ותפאורה ברגע שיצא קול קורא.
(כלומר, כחודשיים - שלושה לפני כנס)
