ובכן, מאז הארוקון 2008 אני לא מפספס אף כנס. לפני כשנה בהארוקון 2009 קניתי כרטיס חבר, והוא פג בתאריך 20.8.2010. הייתי מעדיף שאני עוד אוכל להשתמש בכרטיס פעם נוספת - כיוון שהוא לא שימש לי יותר מכנס אחד או שניים. וחשבתי שזה יהיה פתי שהכנס יהיה דווקא כמה ימים אחרי שהכרטיס יפוג.

אז הבקשה שלי היא לאפשר לי להשתמש בכרטיס עוד פעם אחת, זה חבל כי עשיתי את הכרטיס בתקווה שיהיו עוד הרבה כנסים. אבל לצערנו היתה בעיה לאחרונה עם ארגון הכנס, ואני אשמח על כך שזה הסתדר לבסוף.

כך או כך אני מתכוון להגיע לכנס, אבל אני לא בטוח שאני אעדכן את הכרטיס שלי..

אז בהצלחה לכל החרוצים שמארגנים את הכנס, הקהילה סוגדת לכם - ושיהיה בהצלחה לכולנו בכנס עצמו ;)

בקשתך הגיונית מאוד.
מכיוון שכנס הקיץ הקודם היה ב20.8, ואילו הכנס השנה יוצא כמה ימים אחרי, אנו נשקול להאריך את תוקף החברות לכל מי שעשה כרטיס בכנס הקודם בימים בודדים על מנת שיוכלו להשתמש בו בכנס הזה.

בכנס הקרוב מבנה ארגון החברים ישתנה, והחברות לאמא"י אינה לא תהיה מותנת יותר בתשלום כספי.

כל מי שעשה את חברותו בכנס קיץ הקודם, בתאריך ה-20.8 בלבד, יהיה זכאי להטבה בכנס הקיץ הקרוב כאילו תעודת חברותו תקפה.

מידע זה יפורסם בהמשך בצורה פורמלית יותר, יחד עם מסמך ההסברה על מבנה החברות החדש.
